By registering for and using the Magniflex-Private portal, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. This platform is designed to facilitate the submission of communications related to events and initiatives associated with the Magniflex brand worldwide. Upon approval of your registration, you may submit textual and graphic content, which Magniflex may use as specified herein.

2. Content Submission

  • Users of the Magniflex-Private portal are allowed to submit content, including but not limited to:

    • Textual communications.

    • Images, graphics, and other media related to Magniflex events or initiatives.

  • All content submitted must adhere to the following:

    • It must be original or properly licensed for use.

    • It must not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademarks, or privacy.

3. Authorization for Use

By submitting content through the portal, you grant Magniflex the following rights:

  • The non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the submitted content.

  • The right to post submitted content on all communication channels, including but not limited to:

    • Social media platforms.

    • Company catalogs and brochures.

    • Online and offline marketing materials.

    • Any other means of communication Magniflex deems appropriate.

4. Approval Process

  • All submissions will be reviewed by Magniflex for approval before use.

  • Magniflex reserves the right to accept, reject, or request modifications to any submitted content.

5. User Responsibilities

By using the Magniflex-Private portal, you agree to:

  • Ensure all submitted content is accurate, lawful, and aligned with Magniflex’s brand values.

  • Avoid submitting content that is misleading, defamatory, or offensive.

  • Accept full responsibility for the content you provide, including any consequences arising from its use.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

  • All personal data provided during registration and content submission will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and Magniflex's Privacy Policy.

7. Termination of Access

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Prato, Italy.
